WOW Wednesday Mornings
Every Wednesday, from 01/15/2025 to 05/14/2025, 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM
Join women of all ages for Wednesday Mornings, every Wednesday, during the school year, from 9:30am to 11:30am!
Wednesdays, at 9:30am. Gather in the Fellowship Hall for singing, fellowship, and study.
We have three ongoing studies that started 1/15/25 and it is never too late to join:
Michelle Schiffner will lead When You Pray: A Study of Six Prayers in the Bible. In this video-based study, join six beloved Bible teachers who will help you study prayers in the Bible. You’ll see examples of how to pray when you’re alone and when you’re gathered with others. As you draw near to God through prayer, you’ll find your faith strengthened and your heart united to Christ.
Jennifer Gross will lead Meant for Good: A Study of Joseph by Donna Snow. The life story of Joseph is one of the most beloved and chronicled in the Bible. It's a story of broken dreams and impossible circumstances, of family conflict and unfair treatment. It's a story of the power and necessity of letting God's love and forgiveness lead. You’ll come away recognizing your own circumstances in Joseph's story and be inspired to place your trust in God.
Darlene McCoy and Asia Read lead Knit, Purl, Pray, which is now meeting during WoW Wednesdays! All knitters, crocheters, and those interested in learning bring your supplies to work on your own projects or knit for charity! The group will continue reading Prevail: 365 Days of Enduring Strength From God’s Word by Susie Larson. This book guides you through the arc of the entire Word of God, offering 365 days' worth of opportunities for you to know God's Word and experience God’s presence.
For more information, email Jennifer Gross.
Wednesday Morning Women is a community of multi-generational women, meeting for fellowship, devotion, and studying God’s Word in small groups. We gather weekly throughout the school year, in the Fellowship Hall at Prince of Peace. Wednesday Morning runs through the school year, September through May.
